I’m a passionate Christian entrepreneur and business leader, deeply committed to helping others grow their businesses with a faith-driven approach. Born and raised in Commerce City, Colorado, I grew up in a humble yet loving family. My parents—a teacher and a truck driver—instilled in me the values of hard work, resilience, and unwavering faith. I carry these lessons with me every day, alongside the cherished memory of my older brother, Randy Lee, who tragically passed away from SIDS at six months old.

As a young man, I excelled in sports and went on to play college football, earning a BA in Economics from Colorado College. This milestone marked a pivotal moment in my life as the first college graduate in my family, proving to myself and my loved ones that with determination and faith, we can rise above circumstances and create a brighter future.

In my 20s, I dove headfirst into the world of business and entrepreneurship, chasing big dreams with relentless drive. One of my earliest ventures was co-founding Lighted Promotions, a company that came close to securing a groundbreaking deal with the U.S. Postal Service. The deal would have brought a $300 million valuation, but a premature press release caused it to collapse, taking the business with it. While devastating, this experience taught me invaluable lessons about timing, communication, and resilience.

At the same time, I ventured into real estate, hoping to seize market opportunities. However, miscalculations, market volatility, and poor timing led to significant financial losses. These challenges were compounded by personal struggles, including a failed relationship, legal troubles, and bankruptcy. As a single father raising my two daughters, Taylor and Madison, I often felt the weight of the world on my shoulders.

Yet, those struggles became the turning point in my life. My daughters were my anchor, leading me back to faith and reigniting a sense of purpose far greater than financial success. My renewed relationship with God became the foundation of my life, guiding me through every challenge. Meeting my wife, Hilary, brought love and partnership, and together we’ve built a beautiful family, adding two sons, Jaxon and Mason, to our journey.

Professionally, I rebuilt my career with a renewed focus on sales, business development, and entrepreneurship. I founded ventures like MyLeadCo and The Profitable Salesman, helping others grow their businesses with a faith-centered approach. My ability to connect deeply with people became a strength, allowing me to mentor Christian entrepreneurs seeking both profitability and Kingdom impact.
